Mr. Dumisani Msibi – Executive Director The ExecutiveDirector is an Accountant by profession with extensive experience in banking and finance. He holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) Finance. He also holds a Certificate in Financial Institutions for Private Enterprise Development (FIPED – Harvard University). Mr. Msibi joined the FINCORP Group in its early formative years in 1997. He has served as Credit Analyst; Manager Finance & Administration; Deputy Managing Director and finally as the first General Manager of First Finance Company. He has also served as Board Chairman for the Youth Enterprise Fund and a Board Member at Federation of Swazi Employers and Chamber of Commerce (FSE & CC).
Mr. Thulani C. Dlamini – General Manager. Mr Thulani Dlamini holds a Masters in Business Administration (MANCOSA). He is a graduate of the University of Swaziland (UNISWA) in Accounting and Business Studies. He also holds a Licentiate Diploma in Business Banking ( Institute of Bankers SA) and commands extensive hands on experience in Banking. He also commands hands on competencies in Operations Management, Human Resource Management, Project Management, Information Technology Management, Compliance and Conformance Management, Sales Marketing and Data Processing
Thokozani R. Mavimbela – Financial Accountant. Mr. Mavimbela holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Accounting from the University of Swaziland (UNISWA). He is currently pursuing his studies in ACCA; UK.He joined FINCORP Group in 2007, as a Finance officer and was promoted to Senior Finance & Administration Officer in 2010 when First Finance Company was established. In 2012 he was then again elevated to the position of Financial Accountant to oversee the Accounting & Treasury function at Head office and the three (3) branches of First Finance namely Mbabane and Manzini. He has previously received international training in Microfinance in Italy & other parts of Africa.
Bhekumusa E. Nxumalo – Branch Administrator- (Mbabane) Mr. Nxumalo holds a Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Swaziland (UNISWA). He has extensive experience SME lending and Credit Management. He joined FINCORP Group in 1999, progressed to become a Senior Credit Officer in 2006. In 2011 he assumed his duties as Senior Credit Officer at First Finance and later elevated to the position of Branch Administrator in 2012. He has attended a number of international training courses which include: Management of Banks and Financial Institutes – Galilee International Management, Enterprise Development Through Micro Finance; Program on Investment Appraisal & Risk Analysis; Promotion of Small and Medium High-Tech Enterprises and R & D Based Start-ups; Finance For Non-Financial Managers to just a few.
Mrs Busie Simelane – Sikhondze – Branch Administrator (Manzini) Mrs. Simelane – Sikhondze holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship &Finance from the University of Dallas -USA and Bachelor of Science in Home Economics from the University of Swaziland. She also has a Certificate in Financial Institutions for Private Enterprise Development (FIPED – Harvard University). Other courses attended include Investment Appraisal and Risk Analysis I & II (SADC-DFRC / Queens University- Canada), Advanced Class on Mastering SME’s Credit Appraisal and Lending Decision (AADFI- ADB), Sustainable Finance of Small and Medium Enterprises (NORSAD). Mrs. Simelane – Sikhondze joined the FINCORP Group in 1999 and progressed to become Senior Credit Officer in 2006 and later seconded to First Finance as Branch Administrator in 2012.
Zwakele C. Matse – Branch Administrator (Nhlangano) Zwakele is an Accountant by profession with extensive experience in SME Lending and Credit Management. He joined the FINCORP Group in 2006, as a Credit Officer and was promoted to the position of Senior Credit Officer in 2012. In April 2015, he was elevated to the position of Branch Administrator where he is responsible for operating at Nhlangano Branch. He received local and international training is various programs which included; Boulder Micro Finance (Italy), Management of Banks & Financial Institutes (Israel), SADC-DFRC (SA); Investment Appraisal & Risk Analysis, Advanced Project Management, Credit Relationship & Loan Minimization, Project Preparation. Other training in Effective Supervisory Skills and Monitoring & Evaluation were undertaken locally. He holds an Association of Accounting Technician Level 3 qualification, and is currently pursuing the final stage of his Chartered Accountancy (ACCA UK) program.
